USA Basketball Foundation and The RX3 Foundation Announce Partnership

Partnership will be highlighted by 3x3 charitable tournament this summer.

The USA Basketball Foundation and The RX3 Foundation, the philanthropic arm of RX3 Growth Partners, today announced a partnership built on a shared commitment to leveraging sport as a force for good. The collaboration will be highlighted by a co-hosted charitable 3×3 basketball tournament in Orange County, California, on Aug. 1, 2026.

The inaugural event will unite USA Basketball athletes and coaches, celebrities, business leaders, entrepreneurs and philanthropists for a high-energy day of competition, community and giving. Proceeds from the tournament will benefit the USA Basketball Foundation, The RX3 Foundation, and a select group of donor and athlete-identified charitable organizations.

“We’re excited to partner with The RX3 Foundation to create this first-of-its-kind 3×3 tournament,” said Jennifer Lynne Williams, USA Basketball Foundation chief development officer. “Our mission is to bring people together through the game of basketball. Our partnership with RX3 allows us to continue to expand programming across the U.S. I’m grateful to welcome RX3 into the USA Basketball Foundation family to combine efforts to create something truly special.”

The event will feature 3×3 basketball, combining USA Basketball’s leadership and credibility in the sport with RX3’s experience producing large-scale charitable tournaments that generate meaningful philanthropic impact.

“The RX3 Foundation was built on the idea that giving is most impactful when it’s collaborative and experience-driven,” said Tricia Gasparini, executive director of The RX3 Foundation. “Partnering with the USA Basketball Foundation allows us to bring together world-class talent, mission-driven brands and an engaged community around a shared purpose — raising meaningful funds while creating a once-in-a-lifetime experience. We’re honored to bring cause to the court alongside USA Basketball.”

Additional details regarding the tournament, including participants, sponsors, and ticketing, will be announced at a later date.
