About Women in the Game
USA Basketball’s Women in the Game conference is a biannual leadership event where women gain practical tools and strategies for breaking into the highly competitive sports industry. Through your donation, more attendees will have the chance to experience the conference’s diverse keynote presentations and panels, and connect 1:1 with established female sports professionals. They’ll leave inspired, with actionable steps for achieving their career goals.

Since 2022, the USA Basketball Foundation has awarded more than $115,000 in scholarships and registration grants for deserving young women to attend the Women in the Game conference. Each scholarship includes airfare, accommodation, meals, and conference registration (a $3,500 value), putting the event in-reach for women from all economic backgrounds.
